Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Palletforce Logistics Kent, 9 Bilton Road, Erith, DA8 2AN

Salary: Up to £35,000, depending on experience.

The Role:


We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering actionable insights and exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and interpret data that supports strategic decision-making and enhances the customer experience.


You’ll be:

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyse data from various sources to identify trends and patterns that can inform business strategies.


Reporting: Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Data Management: Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and accessibility.
Stakeholder Engagement: Present insights and recommendations to management and other stakeholders to support decision-making processes.

What we need from you:

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).


Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and anomalies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and provide actionable insights.
