We've partnered with a PE-backed e-commerce business looking for a Lead Analyst to enhance analytical capabilities, which are crucial for their growth. The company is relatively data-immature, so experience working with 'messy' data is important. You will lead end-to-end reporting and analytics and oversee a small team of analysts.

Your focus will be on Supply & Operations within the UK, aiming to improve operational efficiency to support profitable growth and strategic objectives. You will collaborate with a centralized Data team and work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

This is a key hire that will influence best practices in Analytics and significantly impact the company's commercial and operational success. It's an excellent opportunity for someone eager to create meaningful personal value through their work.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level SQL experience
  • Data visualization skills, with Tableau experience
  • Experience working with messy data or in organizations with low data maturity
  • End-to-end analytics expertise, including predictive analytics, root cause analysis, and user funnel analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with C-suite executives
