Stats Perform are seeking aWorkplace Coordinatorto join the team based in our Paddington office in London.

This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities:

The workplace coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an office space, including administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, handling facilities maintenance, coordinating office events, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for all staff members; they act as a central point of contact for workplace & front of house related issues and concerns.

Office: Scheduling meetings, and overseeing office calendars Maintaining office supplies ( including subsistence) inventory and ordering replacements Visitor access and front of house services ( reception) Facilities: Overseeing maintenance requests and repairs Coordinating with vendors for cleaning, security, and other facilities services Monitoring building systems and reporting issues Employee Support: Addressing employee concerns regarding the workplace Facilitating employee onboarding and orientation related to office procedures Coordinating employee & office events and social activities Communication and Coordination: Communicating office announcements and updates to staff Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate office records and documentation, alongside senior management requests Working on reports and presentations to assist senior manager Health & Safety: Assisting with the implementation of health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with Stats Performs Health and Safety Policy, as well as implementing local Health and Safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Experience in office & facilities administration is essential
