Job Description
Do you have experience within People Analytics and/or space and occupancy planning? Our People Planning & Analytics team is looking for a dedicated and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of fostering a data-led culture. As a Data Analyst supporting Workplace Experience across the LEGO Group, you will play a crucial role, obtaining and using data and insights to drive decisions and enhance the effectiveness of location strategy.
Core Responsibilities
Subject matter expert for our workplace capacity planning area – combing headcount forecasts with space planning and occupancy planning in order to support the workplace strategy for the LEGO Group
Monitors and tracks space and occupancy trends based on local headcount forecasting, business org changes and space requirements
Liaise and build relationships with local/regional site business partners to ensure that business’ allocation, adjacency and workplace plans meet our headcount forecasting, how our colleagues work and space is used
Closely partner with Workplace Creation & Operations and Finance team on developing workplace strategy pilots, specific to region, to support the hybrid workplace
Develop impact assessment of the local workplace experience and how this is tied to space utilization and local capacity
Summarize data and create presentations for visible projects for a wide range audience (senior leadership – local teams)
Collaborate with colleagues from other departments e.g. Workplace Creation & Operation and Finance to provide conceptual workplace strategy plans and recommendations to partners
Keep up to date with emerging trends and insights with regards to workplace strategy, design, and standard processes

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings relevant educational background such as Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar. In addition, you bring solid work experience in a People Analytics function, partnering with business to deliver analytics projects and or expertise in space planning, user research, occupancy planning and strategy, and space programming.
As a person, you have the ability to build internal networks and work cross-functional as well as in a fast paced, team based, deadline and collaborative environment. You show a high degree of flexibility and thrive with problem solving and multi-tasking. Finally, bring great interpersonal and communication skills and you ar used to produce reports/documents in high quality in PowerPoint.

Your workplace–When you join the team you'll be assigned a primary workplace location i.e. one of our Offices, stores or factories.
