Company Overview:

Our client is a leading AI Fintech company revolutionising the financial industry with their innovative technologies. Their solutions leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide cutting-edge financial services and insights to their banking and buyside clients. As they continue to expand their operations in the EMEA region following a recent capital raise, they are seeking an experienced Head of EMEA Sales to lead their sales team and drive business growth.


Position Overview:

The Head of EMEA Sales will be responsible for overseeing and executing the sales strategy in the EMEA region. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of successfully managing a team of salespeople or account managers. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the AI/Machine learning industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of salespeople and account managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AI Fintech market, expanding the company's customer base.

Provide accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to the senior management team.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the AI Fintech market.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimize sales performance.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer success, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.




Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable.

Proven experience in a senior sales management role within the AI Fintech market, preferably in a leadership position.

Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams, including setting targets, coaching, and performance management.

Deep understanding of the AI Fintech market landscape, including key players, industry trends, and regulatory considerations.

Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
