They will be responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting our company’s IT infrastructure.Machine Learning Engineers build and prioritize backlog for future machine-learning enabled features to support client business processes. They work with leadership to identify AI opportunities and promote strategy.What You Will Do:Collaborate with teams to develop and architect AI solutions using ML and GenAI.Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and machine learning models for tasks, as well as build and train working versions of those models using open-source technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesUse Natural Language Processing to research speech and text data and to build chatbot and recommender systems.Implement existing Large Language Models such as GPT, LLaMA, LaMDA, etc.Refine Large Language Models via prompt engineering, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, or transfer learning.Discover and formulate business problems and create data science solutions.Develop prototypes for new data product ideas.Design and deploy complex, optimized, and large-scale machine learning algorithms and generative models to improve customers’ experiences.Research and interpret the results of product experiments.Work closely with product managers to identify and answer important product questions that help improve outcomes.Communicate findings to product managers and development groups.Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data.Regularly invent new and novel approaches to problems; take initiative and breakdown barriers to solve problems; become recognized within the team as the source of solutions.Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)Experience in ML/AI.Knowledge in consumer electronics and the retail environment (preferred)Specialized practical experience in Generative AIAdept in Natural Language Processing tasksPrior experience in applying machine learning for customer experience use caseExperience using Python and working with large scale systemsSkills and RequirementsFluent in EnglishMaster’s degree or similar education in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence.Excellent communication skills.Excellent record keeping.Interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features.Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results.Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and outgoing personality that is comfortable in a competitive environment.Professional demeanor, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.Access to a smartphone (iPhone or Android).Acquired SkillsLearning tools and instruments that ML/AI world requires from you: complex and statistical data.More About the OpportunityThis opportunity is suited for a mid-level or seasoned professional with ML/AI experience who focuses on technology.
