What You'll Do This is a 12 month fixed termcontract.    The Global Product Senior Manager HR StafferExperience will be a key member of the Staffing and More (SAM)team, our global staffing solution. This role will act as ProductOwner for a portion of our global staffing tool, responsible forleading the functional design for the consultant experience instaffing, orchestrate simplification and harmonization activitiesand stakeholder engagement required to implement a global staffingsystem. You will also be managing the Product Analyst in GSDelhi.    You will collaborate closely with Staffingcolleagues across our Global, Regional, local office teams, BCGXand the Staffing & More (SAM) IT Team, as well as broaderglobal functions (e.g. Finance, Risk, Knowledge) to ensuresuccessful design and implementation. This is a critical role in ahigh priority project that is core to our organization.    In this role you will manage the functional design andimplementation for new functionality on our global staffing system,Staffing and More (SAM), including   * Manage the designand all phases of implementation of future SAMfunctionality   * Gather business requirements fromstaffing stakeholders and incorporate into the design balancinguser requirements, priority and effort   * Identifyopportunities to harmonize and simplify processes across theorganization to ensure we optimize the design solution  * Work closely with the SAM development team on key designdecisions and model process flows ensuring stakeholderinput   * Ensure a functional design and change requestsalign to the system and operating model guardrails and escalateappropriately for exceptions   * Prepare decisions forescalation including framing the decision, making a recommendationand identifying risk and interdependencies   * Partnerclosely with broader project team, functional experts, andtechnical teams to deliver SAM roadmap  * Manage approach foruser acceptance testing including identifying key users, escalationprocesses and align to project timelines   * Incoordination with the Product Team Lead and Global StaffingDirector, drive the roll out plan and stakeholder engagement forStaffing stakeholders including training and rollout approach andkey project timelines  * Understand and help manage the SAMbacklog and prioritize among competing requests  * Ensurefuture business needs can be met by the solution and escalate wherenecessary for future roadmap  * Help to refine userstories  * Act as a key change agent and ensure regularcommunications to staffing functional stakeholders includingpreparing engagement plan, developing materials and where necessaryrepresent the broader project team at events  * Partner withthe Product Team Lead, HR Digital Product Portfolio Lead andTechnical Area Lead on quarterly priorities and frequently demolatest sprint outcomes to the Talent Management Product Team What You'll Bring You have a bachelor's degree and preferably anadvanced degree. You have experience working in a global team,across cultures and time zones. You have experience in world classprofessional services, and ideally you have first-hand experienceof project staffing processes. You have excellent communicationskills and the ability to influence without power. You are familiarwith agile processes and willing to support others to make itreal.   Who You'll Work With This role is part of theTalent Management Product Team within the HR Digital ProductPortfolio. The Product Owner works closely with the Global StaffingFunction as well as Regional and Local Staffing Teams, SAM IT Team,other HR Product Teams, other functions (e.g. Finance, Risk, etc.),and the UX Centre of Excellence to drive design and implementationof new functionality.   Boston Consulting Group is anEqual Opportunity Employer.
