Base pay range CTO Location:Manchester Salary: £100,000 + Additional Benefits We are on thelookout for a Chief Technology Officer to join an innovative,fast-growing tech company on a mission to revolutionize theindustry with cutting-edge solutions and advanced technology. Asthey continue to expand and push the boundaries of innovation, weare seeking an experienced CTO to lead their technology strategy,infrastructure, and digital transformation efforts. KeyResponsibilities: * Lead the development and execution of ITstrategies to align with business objectives and enhance thecompany’s overall technological capabilities. * Oversee themanagement of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, andsoftware development initiatives. * Provide leadership andmentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation,efficiency, and continuous improvement. * Drive digitaltransformation efforts, ensuring the company stays ahead ofindustry trends and remains competitive. * Manage IT budgets,ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI ontechnological investments. * Develop and maintain strongrelationships with key internal stakeholders, vendors, and externalpartners. * Ensure compliance with data protection andcybersecurity regulations. * Stay updated on emerging technologiesand trends to ensure the business is leveraging the best solutions.* Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are inplace and operational. Required Skills and Experience: * Provenexperience (8+ years) in IT management or leadership roles, with atleast 5 years in a senior IT leadership position. * Strongtechnical background with experience in managing IT infrastructure,systems, software, and security. * Excellent strategic thinking andproblem-solving skills. * Experience in leading digitaltransformation initiatives and implementing cutting-edgetechnologies. * Exceptional leadership and team managementabilities, with a focus on collaboration and empowerment. * Strongproject management skills, with the ability to deliver complexinitiatives on time and within budget. * In-depth understanding ofIT compliance, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity bestpractices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to influence and build relationships at all levels ofthe organization. * Bachelors degree in Information Technology,Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Preferred Qualifications: * Certification in IT management (e.g.,ITIL, PMP, or CISSP). * Experience working in a tech-driven startupor fast-paced, scaling environment. * Familiarity with cloudtechnologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.). * Knowledge of AI,machine learning, and automation technologies is a plus.
