Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, process, and analyze data from live streaming sessions to identify trends, user behaviors, and key performance indicators (KPIs).2. User Behavior Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user engagement, retention, and consumption patterns to improve the overall user experience on our platform.3. Live Streaming Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of live streaming campaigns and events, providing actionable insights to optimize content strategies.4. Reporting & Presentation: Create detailed reports and presentations that summarize data findings and provide recommendations for enhancing live streaming content and user interaction.5. Collaboration: Work closely with the live operations, content strategy, and product teams to drive data-informed decisions and strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2025 and available to start in January or May 2025.- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:- Internship or project experience related to data analysis, particularly in the tech, media, or live streaming industries.- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
