About the team

:The e-commerce data science team aims to maximize the efficiency of e-commerce transactions through quantitative techniques such as mathematical statistics and machine learning. At the same time, we are committed to building a more diverse, inclusive, candid and efficient working atmosphere. We sincerely invite excellent data scientists to join us in building a first-class e-commerce platform. 1. Work closely with user growth products and operations to translate business needs into data issues to support and guide business development;
2. Support AB experiments of user growth strategies and precipitate methodologies;
3. Independently complete analysis to provide effective recommendations for strategy iteration.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in data science; background in e-commerce or user growth is highly preferred;
2. Strong analytical foundation with deep understanding of key metrics such as LTV, ROI, user behavior, and marketing.
Proficient in one or more programming languages (., SQL, Python), with the ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code;
3. Expertise in A/B testing and a solid grasp of its real-world application in business contexts;
4. Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English; capable of translating complex data into clear insights that drive business decisions;
5. Strong project management capabilities, with proven ability to coordinate resources and perform well under pressure.
