Job Title: Tech Recruiter

Duration: 3 months, extensions likely

Location: Solihull/Hybrid (once to twice per week requirement in the office)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) Department for our client within a leading public services organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and proactive recruiter who can hit the ground running and play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for critical digital and technology roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for digital, data, and technology roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Proactively source and attract top-tier talent for key roles such as Head of Data Engineers, Product Support Engineers, Senior Solution Architects, and Developers (ServiceNow, Maximo).
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, leveraging various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent attraction strategies.
Ensure all recruitment activities align with public sector policies, diversity and inclusion best practices, and compliance requirements.About You:

Proven experience in digital, data, and technology (DDaT) recruitment with a strong track record of hiring for technical roles.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams effectively.
Strong knowledge of the technology market, with a deep understanding of recruitment trends and challenges.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
