Our Worldwide team specializes in driving Good Growth for our multinational clients looking for a unified brand presence across markets and continents that adapts to the cultural and human differences across these. Leveraging the power of media platforms to engage with audiences across cultures, countries & continents. The primary focus of the Strategy Director is on the development of new BIC international media & connections strategies. From inception to sign-off, overseeing strategic alignment of activation across local teams. Reporting to the Strategy Partner, the successful candidate will work with a team of people from a range of specialists in the agency to develop insightful, impactful strategies that help our clients to grow.The Ideal Candidate You are a unique strategist looking to find your new home amongst others who want to create new spaces for Media to engage humans & transform their experiences with brands. Strong experience in Media & Communication strategy in an agency environment.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills including evidence of presentation design and delivery at a senior client level.Experience in designing and delivering media strategies across multiple markets with clear understanding of the influence this has on central vs local strategic requirements.Ability to lead in the creation of integrated strategy across multifunctional groups (internal / external) and multiple markets.Understanding of the ‘art of possible’ when engaging audiences through media and how specialist areas such as data, digital & commerce play a role in continually elevating the solutions and impact of strategy.Experience in designing partnership & innovation roadmaps to support longer-term needs for clients.Experience using syndicated research tools, consumer research methodologies & media tools to unlock insight e.g. Google Analytics, GWI, Crimson Hexagon, Brand Watch, BAV, YouGov, Meta Campaign Manager, YouGov, EuroMoniter, eMarketer, WARC, etc.Desirable Criteria

Consultative strategy across marketing communications and/or media planning & strategy for international (global) clients.Understanding of the economic dynamics and integrated media strategies needed to drive growth across B2C & B2B environments.Ability to advise on communications strategies encompassing: Consumer Experience, 360 Media environment (inc Digital, Social, PR, Events).Responsibilities

Design and delivery of holistic media strategies to deliver on client requirements using the data and tools suite available to you.Timely management of projects and briefs to meet & exceed client expectations.Collaboration with planning & market teams to translate strategies into impactful media plans.Work in a multidisciplinary team to create strategies, deliver them and understand their impact for future initiatives.Build trust and strong relationships with clients and partner agencies.Ideating & developing thought leadership initiatives to elevate our engagement with clients in partnership with more senior team members.Lead and inspire others.Line managing one or more team members (team dependent).
