With a focus on the Servicing team, you'll have the opportunity to work across various functions and make a significant impact.
Your new role
As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimising operational strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Reporting and presenting on performance metrics, strategy impacts, and customer oues Developing customer outreach strategies using behavioural and historical data Identifying and mitigating risks through robust analytics Building and maintaining dashboards and reports for operational insight Supporting ad-hoc analysis and effectivelymunicating findings to non-technical stakeholders
