If you are passionate to work on unstructuredbusiness problems that can be solved using data and excited aboutbuilding, leading, and enabling a team of analytics professionalstoward that objective, we would like to talk to you.Responsibilities * As a client partner, you will have overallresponsibility for delivery, account management, clientrelationships, and account growth. * You will be responsible fordemonstrating business value through solutions that help meetstrategic, operational, and tactical objectives, and makingexecutive presentations. * You will be responsible for scaling thepilots / POCs to a long-term transformative program and deliveringcontinuous business value. * You will work with the client’sbusiness stakeholders to understand key business questions,challenges, and information needs, and help develop an analyticsroadmap that identifies and prioritizes key analytics use cases forexecution. * You will be collaborating with sales leaders (both newsales and account sales) to create the right POVs and proposals tohelp win new logos and drive growth in existing clients. * You willwork on some of the latest applications of data science to solvecomplex business problems in Consumer Product Goods (CPG) andRetail. * You will lead a team of data and analytics professionalsand directly work with key client stakeholders to help define thebusiness problem and determine solution requirements. * 10-14 yearsexperience in the field of delivering advanced analytics-basedconsulting services to clients and experience indesigning/implementing large programs. * Experience in managinglarge accounts and active involvement in account growth. P&Lownership in the past would be an added advantage. * Ability toengage with CXO and VP / Director level stakeholders from theclient’s team and with internal remote teams to define businessproblems and construct solution approaches. * Knowledge of domainslike CPG, Retail & FMCG will be highly preferred. * Excellentcommunication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. *Ability to work with global teams, leading in communicating clientbusiness problem context to the remote teams and effectivelyleveraging them in execution, while owning client presentation,project management, and expectation setting. * Open to travel (upto 50%) across the United Kingdom and Europe. * EducationQualification – Bachelors or Higher degree in Statistics,Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
