Position Overview:As a Solutions Manager at Blue Yonder, you will work within our Consulting Services division to lead the development and implementation of solutions for our clients in various industries. You willbe responsible foridentifying client needs,designing and implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure the success of our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze clients' business processes and identify areas for improvement
Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure the successful adoption and usage of solutions
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to inform consulting services
Mentor and train junior consultants
Prepare and deliver presentations on consulting projects to clients and management
Build and maintain relationships with key clients
Manage project budgets and timelines
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business strategy.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in consulting or a related field
Strong understanding of technologiessuch as API’s, cloud services and databases
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project management skills
Experience leading and managing projects or teams
Strong business acumen
Experience in managing budgets and timelines
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience in solution development and implementation.
