ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with searching for a Senior Solutions Architect on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Ownership: Design, architect, and lead end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI use cases in networks and CX.
Product Lifecycle Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of each use case, from initial discovery and PoC to MVP development, pilot rollout, and enterprise-wide implementation.
Value Realisation: Working with stakeholders to define success criteria, monitor impact, and ensure measurable value is delivered at each stage of implementation.Requirements:

Excellent experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS & GCP.
Strong background with big data technologies such as Spark, Snowflake & Kafka.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
