We are expanding our UK team and seeking an experienced Solution Architect / Sales Engineer / Presales Consultant who is passionate about helping enterprises modernize their DevOps and software security practices.

Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our enterprise customers and prospects. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design and demonstrate technical solutions that drive business value. You’ll play a pivotal role in winning new business, enabling customer success, and shaping the evolution of our DevOps platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Partner with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize DevOps and DevSecOps pipelines leveraging our platform.
  • Presales Enablement: Support sales cycles by delivering technical presentations, product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and architecture workshops.
  • Technical Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to technical leaders, architects, and developers on DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and application security.
  • Evangelism & Training: Conduct training sessions, webinars, and community events to educate customers and partners on best practices in DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps.
  • Feedback & Influence: Collaborate with Product Management to shape product features and roadmap based on real-world customer insights.
  • Market Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars as a DevOps/DevSecOps subject matter expert.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in a Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, or Technical Sales role within enterprise software, DevOps, or cloud ecosystems.
  • Strong expertise with DevOps technologies:
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Git integrations, Build and Release Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud platformsAWS, Azure, and/or GCP (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in AppSec / DevSecOps tools: SCA, SAST, SBOM management, container security, or related areas.
  • Experience building and optimizing software delivery pipelines using modern DevOps toolchains.
  • Proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
  • Prior software development or scripting experience (Python, Java, Go, etc.) is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise-scale software deployments or cloud-native transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with MLOps workflows and AI/ML pipeline orchestration.
  • Technical certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) are a plus.
