Solution Architect – Data – Fibre & Telecommunications

Location:Reading (Remote working – Two days working from office per month).

Therefore, currently seeking an experiencedSolution Architectwith solid background inData (GDPR and Data Integrity)andTelecommunications, Fibre, or Broadband Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust data solutionsthat align with business objectives.
• Ensure data governance practicesare in place to maintaindata integrityand compliance withGDPR.
• Develop and maintain data integration processesto ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and optimize data architectureto improve performance and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Data Engineering Team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as aData Solution Architect, or similar role.
• Strong understanding ofdata governance, GDPR, and data integrityprinciples.
• Expertise indata integration techniques and tools.
• Proficiency indata modelling, database design, and data warehousing.
• Experience withcloud platforms(e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies is highly desirable.
