Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience or a PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Physics, Mathematics, or another engineering discipline with strong software development skills. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects utilizing object-oriented programming (OOP) and the latest advancements in AI and ML. If you are passionate about software development, LLMs, and applying advanced analytical skills to innovative solutions, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with a diverse and talented team to design, develop, and implement software applications using object-oriented programming languages such as C++ or Python. - Utilize your analytical skills to solve complex problems and optimize software performance and design. - Leverage LLMs and generative AI tools to enhance development processes, improve code quality, and drive innovation. - Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to maintaining high coding standards and best practices. - Debug, test, and troubleshoot software applications to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency. - Document software functionality and updates thoroughly, ensuring clear communication across the team. - Engage in agile development practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to contribute to a continuous improvement culture. Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience, or a PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Physics, Mathematics, or another engineering discipline with demonstrated software engineering skills. - Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming principles and experience with one or more OOP languages such as C++ or Python. - Knowledge and experience in LLMs and generative AI technologies are highly desirable. - Proven problem-solving abilities and experience in tackling complex challenges in software development. - Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and collaborative team environments. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders. - A proactive and collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
