Business Intelligence Analyst (Customer-Facing)
£50k to £60k + £5k Car Allowance + 10% Bonus
Location: Hybrid / UK-based

We're looking for a strong Business Intelligence Analyst with a consultancy mindset to help us build and deliver a new analytics suite for our enterprise-scale SaaS platform. This is a customer-facing role where you'll play a key part in shaping the way we deliver insights to our clients.

About the Role:

Join at a pivotal stage as we launch a Power BI Embedded analytics suite for our customers.
You'll help define and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualisations that provide meaningful business insight across hundreds (soon thousands) of our customers
This is not a traditional Power BI developer role - we're looking for someone who understands the "why" behind the data, and can work closely with customers to help them unlock its value.
What You'll Be Doing:

Translate customer needs into actionable data solutions - working across product, engineering, and customer success teams.
Work with billions of rows of data, 120+ tables, and a multi-tenant environment at massive scale.
Deliver impactful Power BI Embedded dashboards and insights to external users.
Shape the future of our analytics offering, bringing best practice thinking and innovation.
Own conversations with stakeholders, gathering requirements and providing analytical guidance.
What We're Looking For:

Experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Consultant working closely with customers or clients.
Strong track record delivering productised analytics solutions or embedded reporting.
Ability to work with large-scale, enterprise-grade data, ideally in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Hands-on experience with Power BI (Embedded experience a strong advantage).
Great communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels and simplify complex concepts.
Package:

Base Salary: Up to £60,000
£5,000 Car Allowance
10% Bonus
Hybrid working + flexible environment
