On a mission to empower tech companies better understand and connect with their people, customers, and citizens. They specialise in designing and building bespoke data platforms, developing unique software products, and deploying intelligent systems that transform data into actionable insights.


The Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing sophisticated, scalable solutions across the full technology stack, from frontend interfaces and application backends to data pipelines and infrastructure. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to design, build, and support the delivery of these solutions, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements.


Technical Requirements:

  • Develop backend services, frontend web interfaces, data engineering solutions, and infrastructure for a highly scalable marketing platform.
  • Extensive experience with JVM languages (preferably Kotlin or Java).
  • Design APIs, applications, and infrastructure, documenting technical requirements and designs for client projects.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, including build automation, deployment, and operations.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and team members to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Work within an Agile delivery team, engaging in both remote and in-person collaboration with stakeholders.


Salary £75,000 - 120,000 base + additional package DOE
