Your role and responsibilities

As a Senior Social Account Executive at Multiple you will:

  • Play a key role in devising strategy and implementation of social media campaigns across all clients, using knowledge of social media best practice to ensure clients are always aligned with this.
  • Client liaison, managing day to day client communications for your projects in a professional and timely manner, establishing and building relationships with clients, attending meetings and delivering work to deadline.
  • Take a leading role in client meetings including sharing an agenda, being prepared to handle questioning and following up after the call with any actions.
  • In depth daily reviews of your social media accounts, identification of key themes and community conversation and making recommendations to clients for community management suggestions.
  • Channel management across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok and YouTube, including community management, posting and scheduling.
  • Analyse social insights taken from native platforms to inform best practice and recommendations specific to each client. Including downloading data and identifying paid vs organic results.
  • Use our social listening platform to accurately filter and analyse wider conversations on a given topic, pulling this information into client friendly digestible summaries and reports.
  • Delivering reports in a timely manner ensuring they are accurate, detailed and offer recommendations to the client for how we can improve their social media accounts going forward.
  • Creative content work including assisting with ideation, writing detailed creative briefs for designers, overseeing the social content production including sharing feedback before the content is shared with the client for approval.
  • Attending out-of-office events for clients such as screenings, premieres, and events by capturing content and live posting.
  • Remain consistently on top of social media platforms and landscape innovations and be able to relay this information to clients to ensure they are always aware of the newest functions and platform best practices.
  • Recognising potential issues and responding quickly when needed, including keeping the client informed at all times.
  • Contribution to new business through supporting the writing and presentation of pitches.
  • Developing proposals with a wider pitch team that meet the clients’ objectives and overall brief.
  • Contribute to Multiple’s social channel content and contribute to company outbound marketing comms.
  • Lead brainstorms for existing clients and new business pitches.

You will be able to…

  • Use your knowledge of social media to implement social campaigns, including content copywriting, ideation of creative assets and devising written briefs to creative teams.
  • Work across multiple accounts or projects simultaneously, delivering to a high standard at all times.
  • Lead on client communications on projects from end to end across emails, calls and in person.
  • Develop a personable relationship with clients, allowing you to be forward thinking in what they may ask from you.
  • Deliver client requests in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Be a self-starter and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Research and understand new tools that are in the market and a demonstrable ability of understanding and implementing these across all clients.
  • Have a fun and collaborative approach and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Use feedback to learn and grow in your role, applying it to all relevant work.
  • Work well under pressure whilst having deep attention to detail.
  • Have a proactive and forward thinking approach to problem solving.
  • Self-motivate and manage your time effectively.
