We are working with a pioneering Blockchain technology company developing cutting-edge infrastructure to enhance decentralisation and optimise Blockchain efficiency. They are looking for an experienced Rust Developer to join their team and contribute to the development of high-performance, scalable systems.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

As a Senior Rust Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing next-generation Blockchain infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building scalable, low-latency backend services in Rust.
  • Developing innovative off-chain protocols to enhance Blockchain execution and parallelised block processing.
  • Optimising system performance through advanced low-level programming techniques.
  • Contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategies.

    The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Proven Experience in backend development and experience with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Strong proficiency in Rust, with additional experience in Go or C++ being advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of Blockchain technologies.
  • Experience with Blockchain development tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

    Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • Hands-on experience developing advanced off-chain mechanisms and Blockchain frameworks.
  • Understanding of containerisation and deployment management using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Insight into leveraging AI and machine learning for optimising system performance.
