Senior Recruitment Consultant – Data Science & ML

Salary up to £32k depending on experience

Office located in South West London


We’re looking for a proactive, driven recruiter with extensive success in building client relationships, especially in winning new business. You’ll be highly motivated to take on the challenge of building a new market with a positive mindset and the ability to connect with people quickly. You love business development and winning a client after several pushbacks and thrives when solving challenges.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in 360 recruitment, with proven business development and account management success
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to leverage existing connections to open doors in the AI market
  • A self-starter attitude, with the ambition to take a market from scratch – someone who loves business development and doesn’t take no!
  • We look for future leaders. Whether you choose to progress as an Individual Contributor or people manager, we have clear routes for development and you don’t have to have previous management experience. However, if you have mentored or coached junior consultants successfully that is desirable
