What you’ll be getting up to:

  • Managing relationships with clients throughout the project duration and acting as the main point of contact between Reinvigoration and the client across a number of projects
  • Ensuring the services delivered by Reinvigoration conform to what has been contractually agreed between us and our client, and monitoring the delivery of said services against the agreed schedule, quality, scope, and budget
  • Client facing role, working hands-on with clients to deliver our full range of consulting propositions
  • Planning and managing permanent consultants, associate consultants, and strategic partner resources, as well as addressing any performance issues
  • Quality and Delivery Assurance of all written artefacts and data analysis within the Consulting Team, ensuring all outputs are exceptionally slick, beautiful and meaningful, ensuring any shortfall in standards is corrected and developed out of team members
  • Managing & tracking the financial budget of the project to target profit margins
  • Acting as the escalation point when issues arise and managing any dispute or conflict
  • Reporting internally on project performance (service delivery, progress, economics, etc.)
  • Identifying opportunities for Reinvigoration services and products within existing and new clients
  • Identifying opportunities for the sale of all Reinvigoration propositions based on needs
  • Development of more junior staff members within all Reinvigoration products & services, and also developing them professionally in their consulting capability
  • Targeting and managing more junior staff to ensure opportunities for sales and client growth are capitalised, coaching staff to achieve revenue creation
  • Fully manage crucial client engagements hands-on as on-site leadership. Since Covid we recognise that this can be achieved remotely, but you should expect to do this face-to-face on occasion as relationships are built best this way)
  • Leadership and executive coaching of senior client staff
  • Management of tender responses and proposal creation to handle the sales aspect that comes prior to hands-on project delivery
  • Supporting the creation of new products and learning material through contribution to storyboards, slides and production of written content
  • Producing quality PowerPoint presentations to an industry leading commercially publishable standard
  • Supporting the Reinvigoration leadership team with a range of other activities relating to innovation, product development, training material creation, sales, organisational growth, recruitment, general management duties and industry research


This role will be a great fit if you have:

  • 7+ years’ experience of consulting in process improvement
  • 5 years’ experience in managing teams of consultants
  • Natural networker with capacity to develop and grow both new business and existing clients, ensuring cross pollination of all Reinvigoration products and services
  • Measurable success of upselling and cross selling products and services
  • Exceptional command of English language and must be a perfectionist with respect to outstandingly beautiful reports and slides
  • Resource and programme management experience, running teams of Consultants on client site to agreed outcomes, timescales and budgets
  • Experience of running multiple projects simultaneously
  • Delivery and Quality Assurance of consulting team deliverables
  • Must have experience of producing proposal presentations for project sales, with experience of managing tender responses
  • Strong business and data analysis skills to ensure Consultant outputs and recommendations are checked to be accurate
  • Lean or other process improvement experience
  • Consulting experience within another similar external consultancy
  • Ability to manage client stakeholders at all levels
  • Expert use of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in the delivery of training courses
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, confidently facilitating client meetings or workshops
  • Ability to manage own time effectively to achieve deadlines, you must be able to pro-actively complete work rather than wait for tasks to be allocated to you

The location:

The role is home based, however will involve travel as required by our clients.

This role pays a salary of up to £90,000 plus profit share dependent on company and individual performance.
