Job Description

Forming part of the group digital analytics function, reporting into the group head of digital analytics. You will work closely with the digital product team (and wider digital functions), to ensure high quality capture of analytics data from our websites and apps and to provide insight to inform our product roadmap and wider strategic decision making.

Lead a small team of product and implementation analysts. Taking ownership for the team’s output and personal development. Be the owner of on-site user behavioural data including its capture and its distribution across the business, supporting all Frasers Group business teams in understanding the user journey.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with the product function, imbedding analytical practices and ways of working into all product development. Aligning product, UX, user testing and analytics functions to deliver a best-in-class product development cycle. Utilise experimentation concepts to measure the efficacy of our feature development. With support from an external agency and internal resource, manage the roadmap for implementation of analytics and marketing capabilities, ensuring clean and robust data capture.

Qualifications

Experience in management or mentorship of other colleagues. Expert communicator, with the ability to flex their presentation style based on the audience. Proficiency with SQL (required) and R/Python (nice to have). Strong visualisation skills (e.g., PowerBI, Looker, Tableau etc.). Extensive experience working in a product analytics position ideally within an ecommerce / retail business. Understanding of customer data platform capabilities and their role in the capture of customer / user journey data. Experience working with technology and data engineering functions. A keen interest in the broader industry developments and legislative changes affecting the capture of customer / user data.
