Meet The Team

Join Dexcom’s UK & Ireland Commercial Excellence team, a data-driven group that partners with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Operations to deliver analytics that shape commercial performance and improve patient outcomes.


Where You Come In

  • Analyse sales performance data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reports in Tableau (or Power BI) to enable data‑driven insights across commercial teams.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across CRM systems and reporting platforms.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align on metrics and improve operational workflows.
  • Deliver timely and accurate analytics that support business reviews, territory planning, and commercial execution.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and database queries to support evolving business needs.
  • Monitor and validate data sources, contributing to open data discovery and KPI harmonisation across markets.
  • Apply best practices in data governance and support global alignment on KPI definitions.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline manual reporting tasks.
  • Support CRM optimisation efforts and maintain reporting accuracy through system enhancements and user training.
  • Enable customer‑facing teams with scalable training and documentation on reporting tools and processes.
  • Track and report on Travel & Expenses to ensure budget adherence and financial transparency.

What Makes You Successful

  • Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI.
  • High command of MS Excel.
  • Fundamental understanding of CRM systems and data architecture.
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, or another programming language.
  • Ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

  • 5–15% of the time.

Experience And Education Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–8 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace

Primary location: home office. Office visits (2–3 days per week) required for collaboration. Must live within commuting distance of the assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120 km).
