Due to their continued success, our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced MI Data Analyst to join their team. Skills & Experience Required:

  • Expert knowledge of MS SQL or other role related data analysis/mining tools
  • Experience in creating, deploying, and managing SSRS reports
  • Strong IT skills and abilities, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • An inquisitive nature, with the ability to interpret patterns in data and articulate insights to others.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Subject related bachelor’s degree, preferred but not essential
    The successful candidate will be fully responsible for the provision of accurate and timely statistical information in order to support the business in making data-driven decisions.
    Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce reports for stakeholders, including the Senior Management Team, while maintaining a comprehensive MI database to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.
  • Safeguard the integrity of MI processes through detailed reviews and data cleansing to ensure all data and reports are accurate, up to date, complete, and consistent
  • Manage and maintain the existing suite of monthly reports, identifying and implementing improvements where appropriate
  • Evaluate current data processes, recommending and executing enhancements and innovative solutions
  • Use SQL to extract bespoke data queries and reports, providing stakeholders with essential information and KPIs
  • Proactively support the Senior Management Team in achieving defined performance targets
  • Prioritise and deliver regular and ad hoc reporting to meet both internal and external requirements
