This series A healthtech start-up is transforming healthcare delivery through AI-powered solutions, making patient care more personalised, efficient, and scalable. They're already partnering with global healthcare organisations and generating seven-figure ARR.

They're building an AI-first platform designed from the ground up to streamline workflows, enhance clinical decision-making, and dramatically improve patient outcomes.

We’re hiring a first Senior AI Engineer to pioneer the implementation of AI automation within the internal operations and across their client-facing products. This unique role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to define and shape AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems across various use cases including classification, personalisation, forecasting, and more.
Rapidly prototype AI-driven utilities and automation tools, launching them swiftly into production.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to apply machine learning practically and effectively.
Define and develop robust ML infrastructure, including model tracking, CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices, and A/B testing frameworks.
Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI models and methodologies, integrating them to maximise impact and utility.

Your Profile:
6+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years specifically in building and deploying ML/AI systems.
Proficient in Python (pandas, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and comfortable with modern backend stacks (Typescript, Node.js, Go).
Experienced in deploying scalable AI models using cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
Knowledgeable in containerisation (Docker) and serverless architectures, as well as MLOps practices and tooling (MLflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker).
Exceptional at working autonomously in a remote-first environment, with strong communication skills.
