About the Role:
Reperio is working with an AI company building a HR software platform. This company has experienced phenomenal success in 2023 and this has led into 2024. As part of their scaling plan, they are looking to introduce a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy ML models, analyse data, and lead projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
Requirements:
Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, ML, Statistics, or related field
5+ years in Machine Learning or Data Science
Proficient in Python, R, or Java
Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
