Then read further The Integrated Clinical Operation Analytics, Data Integration Specialist shall be an independent and self-motivated individual willing to participate in key clinical operational Information Management initiatives, such as cross-functional data flows, data governance and data integrations, master data management and process improvements. The job holder will also contribute to data quality oversight, data harmonization and analytics to support Clinical Development business needs. In addition to data and business analysis, the role is working on the definition and development of new data processes, standards and operational plans in support of the business strategies, with a direct impact on business unit results. You'll perform operational and project assignments with autonomy with responsibility for projects of smaller scope and participation in multi-functional projects. You may have responsibility for project budgets and/or functional budgets. Key Responsibilities - Participates on a diverse team to enable industry-leading department in clinical and operation analytics, with a focus on delivering optimized solutions value for R&D stakeholders. Actively contributes to GD wide delivery and adoption of an analytics and reporting strategy aligned with our customers' needs. - May lead and/or manage multiple smaller scope projects that facilitate gaining deep insight into clinical and operational data for business partners in Clinical Development and clinical therapeutic areas. - Participates in defining and developing new data pipelines for integrating processing, and governing analytics and reporting of relevant business partners. - Analyses data mappings of clinical operational data sources such as Clinical Trial Management Systems, Electronic Data Capturing, Electronic Trial Master Files, and others. Contributes to data cataloguing and cultivates data domain expertise. Qualifications Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Computer Science is required. - Individual should have a proven experience working within Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data science and/or Data Warehousing covering clinical development in the Pharma and/or Life Sciences sector(s). Experience and Skills Required - This position requires expert knowledge of multiple eClinical systems, industry trends, industry guidelines and regulations, and best practices. Good understanding of GCP, ICH, and 21 CFR Part 11 is required. - Strong SQL experience and expert knowledge in data integration - Familiarity with clinical EDC systems and study build concepts (RAVE EDC is highly beneficial but not essential). - Understanding of EDC user role concept and broad end-to-end knowledge of study data cleaning activities. - Proficient in English as primary communication language Preferred - Experience with Databases, ETL/ELT and integrated data management is preferred. - Experience in Denodo, Databricks and/or Snowflake technologies is preferred Other Skills and Experiences Required - Analytical Ability / Quality Results Oriented - Experienced in Data Architecture - Strong Data Literacy Preferred - Data Modelling experience preferred - Experience in Data Quality Management preferred - Experience in Master Data Governance preferred - General Languages and tools (e.g. Python, DBT) is preferred - Strong Communication Skills - Customer Focus - Global Business Demeanor - Innovation & Transformation attitude - Internal and External Partnering - Operational Excellence - Project Leadership - Process Improvement - Solutions Oriented Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
