Your new role

The Senior Data Analyst will focus on transforming data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. In this role, you will analyse data on housing operations, tenant engagement, and asset performance to support strategic initiatives and improve services.

The ideal candidate will use their analytical expertise to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring our housing services are efficient, tenant-focused, and sustainable.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualisation tools (, Power BI, Tableau), and statistical analysis.
