The impact you'll have:

You'll collaborate with teams across Customer Experience, Strategy, Finance, and Technology. Your role will focus on mapping end-to-end processes, automating data delivery, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Your day-to-day:

• Analyzing operational and financial data to track metrics like profit, margin, and payment performance.
• Creating clear visualizations and reports to help stakeholders understand key drivers behind their KPIs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define metrics that highlight business opportunities.
• Sharing knowledge, mentoring team members, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partnering with Data Engineering teams to ensure data products align with reporting needs.

Your skillset:

• Experience in analytics and reporting, particularly with commercial and financial data.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Collaborative mindset with proven stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to delivery.

Desirable:

• Experience with programming languages (e.g., R, Python).
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).
• Experience in building data models/products.
