About the Company

A leading specialist agency at the forefront of Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO), leveraging real-time data to personalise creative and improve ad effectiveness. The company partners closely with media agencies across its network, blending technology, data, and creativity to optimise audience targeting and campaign performance. They are currently pioneering AI/ML tools to support creative optimisation, including an internal creative AI tagging system to enhance client strategies.


The Role

This role is pivotal in advancing Creative Intelligence dashboards, supporting multiple clients across fast-paced projects (typically 8–10 at a time). While the team is highly technical, this position focuses on visualisation, storytelling, and the strategic impact of data insights.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Building high-quality dashboards, primarily in Datorama, to communicate creative performance
  • Collaborating with analytics, creative, and strategy teams from campaign planning through execution
  • Translating performance data into clear, actionable dashboards that inform test-and-learn strategies
  • Supporting and mentoring two direct reports (Senior Tech Analyst and Data Analyst)
  • Working with product development teams to refine and enhance creative intelligence tools
  • Improving dashboard usability, performance, and data storytelling to align with client objectives


Ideal Candidate

  • Prior experience in data visualisation, analytics, or performance marketing
  • Strong dashboarding skills—Datorama required
  • Experience in media, advertising, or performance marketing, with a strong grasp of industry concepts like CPM
  • Ability to collaborate internally and interpret client needs, even if not directly client-facing
  • Strong storytelling mindset, capable of shaping and presenting data to drive business decisions
  • Curious, collaborative, and fast-learning, ready to embed into a dynamic team
