Senior Data Analyst
Up to £70,000 * Remote (London-Based)
Recruiting on behalf of a high-growth global tech company

We're hiring a Senior Data Analyst for a fast-scaling international tech business with millions of active users worldwide. This is a fully remote role (London-based for time-zone alignment) and offers the chance to work across Marketing, Finance, Product, and Growth in a highly data-driven environment.

You’ll join a small but impactful central data team, owning end-to-end analytics projects and delivering insights that directly influence strategic decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, solving complex commercial problems, and working across large, behaviour-rich datasets.

What you'll do

  • Tackle business-critical analytics challenges - not pipeline engineering.
  • Use SQL, Python, dbt, and a modern data warehouse (BigQuery or equivalent).
  • Build BI models and dashboards (Looker/Power BI/Omni-style tools).
  • Analyse marketing performance, ad spend, attribution signals, and customer behaviour.
  • Support Finance with forecasting, reporting, and KPI modelling.
  • Lead retention, churn, and behavioural insights work.
  • Drive new dashboards, models, and experimentation initiatives.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years in commercial analytics, ideally with marketing or customer analytics exposure.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in dbt or similar modelling frameworks.
  • Experience with modern cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.).
  • Skilled in dashboarding tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with Marketing/User Acquisition teams.
  • Understanding of advertising platform constraints (Meta, Google, mobile tracking).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to work autonomously.
  • Interest in data science concepts (e.g., LTV modelling).

Why apply?

  • Fully remote, flexible working.
  • Broad remit with real ownership and influence.
  • Exposure to large-scale user behaviour data.
  • Opportunities to develop toward Data Science if desired.
  • Find out more and apply via the link below.

Neurodiversity in Machine Learning Careers: Turning Different Thinking into a Superpower

Machine learning is about more than just models & metrics. It’s about spotting patterns others miss, asking better questions, challenging assumptions & building systems that work reliably in the real world. That makes it a natural home for many neurodivergent people. If you live with ADHD, autism or dyslexia, you may have been told your brain is “too distracted”, “too literal” or “too disorganised” for a technical career. In reality, many of the traits that can make school or traditional offices hard are exactly the traits that make for excellent ML engineers, applied scientists & MLOps specialists. This guide is written for neurodivergent ML job seekers in the UK. We’ll explore: What neurodiversity means in a machine learning context How ADHD, autism & dyslexia strengths map to ML roles Practical workplace adjustments you can ask for under UK law How to talk about neurodivergence in applications & interviews By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of where you might thrive in ML – & how to turn “different thinking” into a genuine career advantage.

Foundation models and generative AI are everywhere, companies are under pressure to show real ROI from AI, and cloud costs are being scrutinised like never before. Some organisations are slowing hiring or merging teams. Others are doubling down on machine learning, MLOps and AI platform engineering to stay competitive. The end result? Fewer fluffy “AI” roles, more focused machine learning roles with clear ownership and expectations. Whether you are a machine learning job seeker planning your next move, or a recruiter trying to build ML teams, understanding the key machine learning hiring trends for 2026 will help you stay ahead.
