About the Role / Team

Paradigm Housing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset and Data Analyst to join our Asset Performance team. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 2 days at our office in High Wycombe and the remainder from home/remote. Knowledge of Housing/Property assets is preferred.


This pivotal role shapes our data‑led Housing Asset Strategy and delivers intelligent investment planning across our growing Housing portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of data‑driven formulas to assess asset performance and identify intervention areas
  • Build and maintain a suite of asset performance indicators using Power BI
  • Manage a library of reports, ensuring timely updates and error resolution
  • Support reconciliation of development handover and compliance data
  • Drive improvements in asset data quality and lead reconciliation programmes
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate component accounting
  • Lead the development of our Net Present Value model
  • Oversee planned works programmes and investment pipelines

Qualifications
Must Haves

  • Strong experience in data transformation and report development using Excel and Power BI
  • Good understanding of asset management processes and the social housing sector
  • Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and apply statistical tools
  • Excellent communication skills and keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead a small team
  • Knowledge of data tables and relationships

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with DAX and version control management
  • Familiarity with Geographical Information Systems and disrepair protocol
