SettleParadigm Housing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset and Data Analyst to join our Asset Performance team. This is a hybrid role, with at least 2 days at our office in High Wycombe and the remainder at home/remote. Knowledge/experience of Housing/Property assets is preferred.

About The Role/team

This is a pivotal role in shaping our data‑led Housing Asset Strategy and delivering intelligent investment planning across our growing Housing portfolio. As a senior member of the team, you will lead the development and testing of reports and algorithms that inform strategic decision making. You will be responsible for building and managing capital works programmes, refining our thirty‑year business plan, and ensuring the integrity and quality of our housing asset data. You will oversee a small team of analysts and work closely with colleagues across Asset Management, Finance, Development, Surveying and Customer Services. Your work will directly support our transition to a new data warehouse and help drive performance improvements across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading the development of data driven formulas to assess asset performance and identify areas for intervention
  • Building and maintaining a suite of asset performance indicators using Power BI
  • Managing a library of reports and ensuring timely updates and error resolution
  • Supporting the reconciliation of development handover and compliance data
  • Driving improvements in asset data quality and leading reconciliation programmes
  • Collaborating with Finance to ensure accurate component accounting
  • Leading the development of our Net Present Value model
  • Overseeing planned works programmes and investment pipelines

Must Haves
What we are looking for:

  • Strong experience in data transformation and report development using Excel and Power BI
  • Good understanding of asset management processes and the social housing sector
  • Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and apply statistical tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead a small team
  • Knowledge of data tables and relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DAX and version control management
  • Familiarity with Geographical Information Systems and disrepair protocol
