Working in partnership with our client and our large, multi-talented team, our Senior Account Director will lead a team on some exciting, high profile projects and the creation of powerful, impactful and effective comms for two of the most famous UK brands.What you will be doing:

Working collaboratively with our client teams to deliver high profile marketing projects across different channels.Identifying ways we can grow the business – for us and our clients. You’ll have an entrepreneurial spirit, both proactive and commercial.Leading the continual transformation and development of the team to be ever-better.Ensuring that the client experience is as positive as possible. Encouraging a positive, proactive solution-first attitude, with clear communication in person, supported by documentation in email.Building strong relationships with our core team, the wider Oliver team and all your clients.Leading the team by example, helping them be better every day and keeping client centricity at the core of the team culture and values.Taking the lead on projects where we are first – either in absolute terms or in our clients’ world – and relishing the challenge this presents.Driving the scoping, setup, resourcing and implementation of large projects ensuring the right team is activated and the projects are set up for success.Influencing and inspiring your team to deliver projects to an impeccable standard – you’ll be accountable for the timely delivery of projects, and the escalation point for project leads where this might not be the case.Leading and managing your team and projects in terms of profitability, forecasting, client budget management and tracking.What you need to be great in this role:

Excellent people and client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise, influence and lead clients, building strong and effective working relationships.Excellent account leadership skills with financial and commercial acumen, creative judgment, and the ability to think strategically.Experience across the full range of marketing channels - from TV and DOOH to email and social, starting with creative concepting and right through to final delivery.First-rate communication and storytelling skills, in person, on camera, in email and on ppt – with a preference for picking up the phone rather than emailing.Strong creative appreciation with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to the end-to-end creative process.The confidence, empathy and pragmatism to allow you to stand up for what we think is creatively and strategically right – but recognise stakeholder demands on our client teams.The ability to manage and develop a team and grow our business.The personality to fit into our team quickly, build relationships and add value.Experience of Financial Services or other large-scale accounts in regulated and/or corporate industries, such as utilities or telecoms.Our values shape everything we do:Be
