Short Description We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This role is pivotal in generating key business insights, crafting compelling narratives, and fostering strong relationships across the organization. As part of a central team, you will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the Commercial Leadership Team (LT) to drive sales performance and operational excellence. Job Summary The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team through data analysis, process management, and strategic initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact Colt's ability to meet and exceed its sales targets. What you will do The typical tasks and responsibilities include: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement. Use these insights to enhance sales performance. Leverage data-driven insights to develop and refine tools, reports, and dashboards that deliver critical metrics and improve operational efficiency. Regularly assess and optimize sales processes to ensure they are effective and aligned with business goals. Create and deliver sales reports and insights to various stakeholders, including the Sales team and Senior Leadership, ensuring that the right information is accessible when needed. Partner with Core Sales and Sales Solutions teams to ensure they understand and effectively utilize tools, practices, and processes to achieve their targets.
