We are looking to grow our Operations function, and need a Commercial Operations Assistant, whose role is to assist the Commercial Operations Manager in a growing sales team.
Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager - responsibilities include:
Support the Commercial Ops Manager to maintain our CRM (HubSpot). Champion the use of CRM to the sales team, ensuring processes are adopted and adhered to, maximising output. Work with the Commercial Ops Manager to ensure all sales data is accurate and communicated effectively. Cross departmental collaboration to ensure that the Sales and Account Management team can be successful in their role. Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager, and Commercial Director. Maintain reports and databases within the CRM, ensuring this can be used by the wide business. Create and update guidelines and documentation for new products and processes. Develop and recommend improvements to current processes to allow for increased efficiency. Ad hoc marketing and sales support and any other duties that are required by the Commercial Manager.
Requirements
We are happy to hear from anyone with an interest in sales, data or operations.
Commercially minded with data expertise. Experience in sales, or sales operations highly desirable. Excellent English level is a must. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Working independently to a high-quality. Knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM is a bonus. Excellent time and project management skills. Experience in reading and understanding sales figures and big data. Detail-oriented and diligent, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly.
