What you will do:

  • Build, own and execute the sales strategy for your business patch;
  • Engage and guide internal support teams to drive your prospecting;
  • Act as an ambassador for RTB House at conferences and networking events;
  • Deliver high impact and data driven sales presentations;
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers;
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of sales cycle from prospecting to close;
  • Own and execute customer communications via telephone, social media, email, in person, in line with standards and processes;
  • Develop and elevate client relationships at all business levels;
  • Partner with technical and account management teams;
  • Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction;
  • Report on the status of sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers;
  • Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience within digital marketing;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem;
  • A minimum of 4 years sales experience within the online industry;
  • Comfortable building relationships with clients and creating value driven proposals;
  • Strong influencer with exceptional negotiation and communication skills;
  • University Calibre
  • Understanding of performance marketing and display retargeting would be advantageous.
