Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Remote first, with weekly Wednesday office team meets in London, EC1V
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum FTE (£20K-£22.5K actual)
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday (6 hours Tues/Wed/Thurs, 2 hours Fri)
Start Date: Flexible for the right person

We already have solid systems, a great client base, and a strong foundation. Now, we need a proactive, detail-driven Sales Administrator to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. About the role:
This isn’t just about admin—it’s about making things happen. You'll be the glue that holds everything together, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless experience for our clients.
Day-to-day, you will:

  • Analyse supplier invoices, contracts & pricing schedules
  • Create clear and accurate price comparison spreadsheets
  • Onboard new clients & set expectations
  • Meet deadlines and deliver time-sensitive reports to clients
  • Liaise with clients & suppliers via phone, email & our ticketing system
  • Keep our CRM & databases up to date
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting
  • Review processes & suggest (or implement!) improvements
  • Support the Senior EA & wider team with ad hoc projects
