Role Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our insight driven consultancy for a talented research and insight executive to join our friendly and successful team. Key responsibilities of the role:
oSupport the Head of Research & Insight to manage day to day deliverables and client relationships across a range of projects on behalf of our clients.
oManage and carry out qual and quant primary research, including the design, setup and management of questionnaire design and ongoing research panels.
oAssist in the management, recruitment, and moderation of focus groups.
oWork alongside the Insight & Analytics team in analysing audience data to draw out key insights, conclusions, and recommendations.
oTo undertake desk research and prepare summary presentations to provide our clients with a deeper understanding of their audiences and their behaviours, as well as the wider landscape.
oTo assist in the presentation of conclusions and recommendations to clients.
About You
You must have some prior experience of working in an insight or marketing role, most likely within research, business analysis, or project management. You will be looking for a role in which you can further advance your skills/career by gaining more responsibility and leading projects from start to finish autonomously.

The role includes 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a competitive salary of £25k+ (with a potentially higher salary available for exceptional candidates), and excellent prospects to grow your career within the agency.

Qualifications
- Market Research and Analytical Skills
- Effective Presentations and Questionnaire Design
- Strong Communication Skills
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Previous experience of statistical tools and / or survey software
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in the relevant industry sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Data Science, Sociology, Psychology, or related field
