Reporting and Analytics Manager

Contract Rate: up to £825 per day

Location: London (hybrid 3 days per week in office)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end measurement strategy for customer contact initiatives, ensuring clear commercial impact
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and experimentation
• Work closely with stakeholders to demonstrate value
• Guide decision-makers in becoming more data and ML-driven
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements for metric creation and reporting
• Craft compelling data stories using accessible language and impactful visualizations

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other coding languages
• Strong foundation in mathematical principles
• Experience with A/B testing, statistical significance, and hypothesis testing
• Proven track record in campaign performance measurement and KPI scoring
• Understanding of segmentation techniques

Digital & Business Acumen

• Comprehensive knowledge of Digital ecosystem integration (Search, Content, Websites, CRM, Channels & Platforms)
• Commercial awareness and ability to align analytics with business objectives
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Customer-centric mindset

Leadership & Communication

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
