How you will contribute You will: - Partner with R&D teams and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable insights. - Collaborate with R&D and IT to ensure that business needs are being met through efficient data processes, models, and systems. - Help to create reports and dashboards that provide clear, concise insights to non-technical stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions. - Assist in the evaluation and implementation of automation tools and platforms that can streamline business operations within R&D. - Work with R&D to ensure that data solutions are aligned with broader organizational strategies and best practices. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity.
