We are seeking a ServiceNow Quality Assurance analyst for the Digital Workflows program, a key part of JPMorgan's strategy to transform the delivery of Global Technology Services. As a key member of our Platform Test Automation team, you will help build innovative testing solutions that advance business and technology strategy. You'll be part of an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that delivers high quality software and new products. You will work collaboratively to provide updates on testing automation and progress, navigate in a fast-paced environment, and share ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists. You'll be required to apply your knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the testing automation development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. What We Do The ServiceNow Platform Data Engineering team provides the core reference data, access framework, guidelines, and controls that are to be used by ServiceNow Product Delivery Engineering teams. We ensure that firmwide controls and standards are met by all developers on the platform at all times. As we enhance this capability, we need to ensure that regression and performance tests from the product teams are run regularly, results are collected, and remediation tickets are created for the teams to fix when tests are broken. Position Duties and Responsibilities Automated QA/UAT Testing Develop and manage the automation roadmap for the platform using the organization's existing framework. Independently manage concurrent QA/UAT lifecycles of complex projects within schedule. Act as the Testing SME in project meetings, providing expert insights and guidance. Review all project documentation and sign-off on testing artifacts, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Ensure comprehensive testing coverage and requirements traceability. Regularly monitor and communicate testing results to stakeholders. Provide test estimates and allocate resources based on scope / schedule. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts. Direct the creation of test plans, test data preparation, test case development, and test execution. Oversee defect management across different projects, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions to problems and address cross-impacting issues. Maintain strong relationships with business and project teams. Develop automation testing scripts using ServiceNow ATF, Automate Pro, and Selenium.
