As our Qlik Data Analyst, you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that empower our teams to innovate and optimise performance. You’ll work with a cloud-based, modern BI platform to design and deliver engaging dashboards and reports that tell the story behind our data.


Your expertise with the Qlik product suite will be critical to connecting multiple data sources, solving business challenges, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and informed decision‑making across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Create powerful visualisations and dashboards using Qlik Sense that bring corporate data to life.
  • Analyse and interpret data, communicating insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and identify data sources.
  • Prepare, clean, and transform large datasets for robust analysis.
  • Support data governance and quality assurance initiatives alongside cross‑functional teams.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise Qlik data load scripts and manage incident tickets efficiently.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies to continuously enhance our data capabilities.

What We’re Looking For



  • 5+ years experience developing and delivering interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense, and/or have obtained a Qlik certification in either Qlik Sense or Qlik View as a Business Analyst or Data Architect.
  • Experience of day‑to‑day administration of Qlik i.e. Data connections, User access, Task scheduling and monitoring.
  • Experience of identifying and resolving data load script performance issues and errors.
  • Experience of incident management using a recognised incident management system such as SNOW.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SQL that can be practically applied.
  • A strong understanding of UI/UX design concepts.
  • Working understanding of Data Protection 2018 requirements.
  • Ability to work with large datasets through data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation techniques.
  • Documenting of dashboards, standards, data designs and data models.
  • Ability to take complex information and disparate or large data sets, model and translate them for use in graphic or interactive visualisations and present to the business units.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Business Intelligence reporting with great problem‑solving skills, intellectual curiosity and an agile outlook.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data modelling/scripting and Qlik front‑end development specifications.

  • Salary £46,000 - £58,000 per annum dependant on experience
  • Hybrid role, with the expectations of a minimum two days a week in the office in Hatfield
