The vacancy

If you are an experienced data assistant, somebody with a background of working in providing excellent customer service, advice and support - you belong at Bromford.

We are seeking a property data assistant to support the team and ensure asset data is accurate, relevant and up to date and will ensure continuous improvement of the asset data and database to provide accurate reporting. The role will also assist in effectively delivering the stock condition survey and data collation programme.

You'll assist in the inputting and verification of data following stock condition surveys, update gas servicing records and assist with future servicing schedules with a high level of diligence and work with the gas team to ensure consistency across various systems. You will also support the development of the asset database and refine the stored information to provide supporting property and financial data for planning, business, and customer needs.

You'll assist the property data analyst with implementing new modules within the asset systems ensuring they meet the business requirements of the teams that they support, provide training on asset systems, ensure asset data is accessible and utilised effectively. You will also provide asset-related information and data reports to the Home Investment and Compliance Leaders.

This role is full time and available as a fixed term contract until the end of March 2025. You can be based from either of our main offices in Wolverhampton or Tewkesbury with regular home working available. A basic DBS check is required.

To be a successful property data assistant, you will:

  • Be able to demonstrate suitable IT experience to meet the requirements of the role
  • Excellent IT, database, and numerical skills
  • Experience in delivering an asset-based business support service (desirable)
  • A flexible working attitude with time, travel, and demonstrated reliability
  • Hold knowledge of asset management data collection and management systems (desirable)
  • Be confident in using emails and other applications, Excel etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable building relationships and working as part of a wider team


It would be great to hear from you if you have previous experience as a property data administrator, housing data assistant, data administrator, compliance administrator, or similar.
