The Property Services Data Analyst plays a critical role in analysing operational and service delivery data across planned and reactive maintenance activities. This position supports the organization’s goals by transforming raw data into meaningful performance insights that inform strategic decisions, improve service quality, and ensure contractual compliance.

And as a Customer Service Data Analyst with Bellrock, you’ll do it by

  • Collect, cleanse, and analyse data from Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems and other operational platforms related to planned and reactive maintenance activities.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, performance scorecards, and KPI reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Monitor and track service performance against SLAs, KPIs, and compliance targets.

  • Identify service trends, inefficiencies, and areas for operational improvement.

  • Support the development of monthly and quarterly operations and financial reporting packs.

  • Provide root cause analysis for service failures, complaints, and recurring issues.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate and consistent data capture.

  • Assist in audit preparation and data provision for internal and external reviews.

  • Develop predictive models and insights to support decision-making around asset management and lifecycle planning.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and client representatives in a clear and actionable manner.

What does it take?

If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Customer Service Data Analyst, you’ll need

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Power BI, and/or other data visualization tools.

Working knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Planon, Maximo, etc.)

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences.

Attention to detail and a high level of data integrity.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple data projects simultaneously.

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of facilities management KPIs.

  • Experience in working with public sector or sard services delivery.

  • Knowledge of asset management principles and lifecycle costing.

  • Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from 25 West Steet, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1RQ, two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
