Airports can depend on our cloud-hosted platform’s security, fast processing speeds and scalability. About You At AeroCloud, we are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a pivotal role within our Delivery, Implementation & Support (DIS) team. Reporting to the Head of DIS, you will drive the successful integration and deployment of AeroCloud's technology solutions for our aviation industry clients. Your strong project management background, combined with expertise in aviation processes and technologies, sets you apart as the ideal candidate for this role. Summary of Role AeroCloud Systems is at the forefront of innovation with its suite of solutions tailored for airport operations. As an experienced Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and execution of our technology solutions across global airport clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Roles and responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and define project scope, implementation goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation plans and timelines, managing resources to meet time, cost, and quality objectives. Coordinate procurement and scheduling efforts, aligning internal resources with client needs. Line Management of Project Managers: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, providing regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Monitor team performance, ensuring projects are executed effectively and consistently across the team. Oversee workload distribution, support problem resolution, and foster a collaborative team environment. Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication among internal and external stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, where appropriate. Prepare and distribute progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation. Documentation and Reporting: Develop a comprehensive library of training materials, to include User Manuals, instructional videos, and presentations. Conduct UAT and User Training (remotely and on-site if appropriate) Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change logs, and other relevant records. Provide regular status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders. Post-Implementation Support: Ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support and maintenance teams post-implementation. Address any post-implementation issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of implementation processes. The duties and responsibilities of the role may vary and change depending on the AeroCloud business needs. Requirements What Are We Looking For? Excellent project management skills, ideally with a recognized qualification such as PRINCE2. Proven experience in project management within the aviation sector, specifically in implementing Airport or Airline Systems. Strong knowledge of aviation industry processes and technologies. Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team of project managers or similar roles. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. Flexibility to travel as needed to client sites.
