Voice & Data Network Analyst

Are you an experienced Voice & Data specialist looking to make a real impact across a large‑scale, diverse organisation? As our new Voice & Data Analyst, you’ll act as the technical subject matter expert for Tarmac’s Voice & Data Network environments—driving service excellence, shaping future solutions, and supporting transformation across the business.

In this influential role, you’ll convert business needs into robust technical solutions, take the lead on key Voice & Data initiatives, and play a vital part in maintaining our compliance with Cyber Essentials and CRH security standards. About the Role

As the Voice & Data Analyst, you will serve as the go‑to expert for all service management activities relating to our Voice & Data Network environments. You will ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with both business requirements and strategic goals.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders—ranging from Infrastructure & Operations Managers to Security, Governance, and Project teams—as well as external vendors and service partners. This role is highly collaborative, supporting change initiatives and helping shape the evolution of our IT landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

Lead on the maintenance, implementation, and delivery of Voice & Data Network services across Tarmac.
Act as the technical lead for transformation projects, ensuring solutions are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Resolve incidents and issues promptly, supporting colleagues across all areas of the business.
Work collaboratively with wider IT teams and CRH to maintain strong service delivery standards.
Coordinate with service partners to achieve timely, high‑quality outcomes.
Maintain and strengthen security standards across multiple environments, ensuring compliance with Cyber Essentials, NIST, ISO 27001 and CRH policies.
Support change initiatives in line with Tarmac’s change management framework.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve problems, recommending corrective actions where needed.
Assist with the development of governance frameworks, processes, and procedures.
Keep technical and procedural documentation accurate and up‑to‑date.Why Tarmac
